At Monticelli, the year ended with a few days completely dedicated to training: first aid, firefighting and general safety are the cornerstones of a company philosophy that aims not simply at complying with current regulations but at creating a truly healthy and safe working environment for all workers, through knowledge of risks and competence in dealing with emergencies.
